Clava Quilt // 6 Weeks // Starts Apr 27
Join us for the next exciting "phase" of our quilting class this winter and make this fun, modern quilt. Clava is a unique quilt pattern representing the different phases of the moon.
Class project: Clava Quilt by Miss Make. Students can choose to make either the baby or throw size blankets only, due to lack of space in the studio for the queen size quilt.
Skills learned:
- Curved piecing and colorwork
- Quilting techniques
- Binding
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate. You MUST already be comfortable threading and operating a sewing machine as well as sewing straight lines.
Please note that while this class tries to make it doable to sew a whole quilt in six sessions, some homework may help you to stay on track. Having access to a sewing machine at home will help speed your progress, but is not required.
Materials not provided. An instructor will reach out you with a supply list in advance. The pattern is a PDF and will need to be purchased from the designer before class.
6 Weeks; 18 workshop hours
