CLASS POLICIES

By registering for a course with Butcher's Sew Shop, you are agreeing to the policies listed below. Please contact us or see our FAQ for further info.

COVID-19 Update: The City of Philadelphia does not permit in-person classes for adults until we enter the "green phase" of reopening. Any classes originally scheduled during the red or yellow phases have been postponed until further notice.
We are committed to approaching our reopening carefully and with the health and safety of our staff and students in mind.
By registering for an in-person class, you are agreeing to these COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the City of Philadelphia.

General Policies:

1) Students must be age 16 or older to enroll in an adult class.

2) All classes are non-transferrable and non-refundable.*
*Updated March 2020: In light of current circumstances regarding COVID-19, we have made adjustments to our normal refund and transfer policy. If you register for an in-person class after March 20 and your class is postponed or cancelled OR if you are not able to attend class due to a personal health concern, you are entitled to a full refund or transfer.

3) Any digital content (i.e. virtual classes, PDF patterns) are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

4) We are not responsible for any personal items left at the studio. If you have arranged to leave an item with us (i.e. a sewing machine), we are only responsible for that item for the duration of your course. If the item is left after your course has ended, we maintain the right to donate or dispose of it.
