CLASS POLICIES

By registering for a course with Butcher's Sew Shop, you are agreeing to the policies listed below. Please contact us or see our FAQ for further info.

COVID-19 Update: We are committed to approaching our reopening carefully and with the health and safety of our staff and students in mind.

Masks are currently optional unless otherwise communicated. Your instructor may choose to require masks in your class based on transmission levels in our community or personal health concerns. We ask that you respect our instructor’s decisions if they require you to mask in class. If you have a special health concern and would like to request that masks be worn in your class, please email Mali Petherbridge at butcherssewshop@gmail.com.

By registering for an in-person class, you are agreeing to the most current guidelines set forth by the City of Philadelphia.

General Policies:

1) Students must be age 16 or older to enroll in an adult class.

2) You may cancel a class and be refunded in full within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, all classes are non-refundable. Payments made for one class may not be used as transfer credit towards another class or another section of the same class. If you register for an in person class and your class is postponed or cancelled by us you are entitled to a full refund or transfer.

3) Any digital content (i.e. virtual classes, PDF patterns) are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

4) We are not responsible for any personal items left at the studio. If you have arranged to leave an item with us (i.e. a sewing machine), we are only responsible for that item for the duration of your course. If the item is left after your course has ended, we maintain the right to donate or dispose of it.
