Quilting // 6 Weeks // Starts Sept 25

We were truly thrown for a loop when the Looper Quilt pattern was released; it made even the most hardcore garment-makers want to drop everything and run to the fabric store to stock up on all the quilting fabric solids. Recently released, the Looperette Quilt is a smaller block version of the Looper pattern that can be arranged in any direction to create a custom design. Let your imagination run wild!

Hop on the bandwagon and make this fun, modern quilt with us this winter. Looper is a unique quilt pattern with modular blocks that can be rearranged in any direction to create a continuous design. Planning out your arrangement is half the fun of it!

Class project: Looper Quilt or Looperette Quilt by Miss Make in baby or throw size.

Skills learned:
- Curved piecing and colorwork
- Quilting techniques
- Binding

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate. You MUST already be comfortable threading and operating a sewing machine as well as sewing straight lines. There is a lot of curved piecing in this pattern, so this class is best if you've already taken Beginner Quilting or a beginner garment making class such as Sewing 201 or Knits.

Please note that while this class tries to make it doable to sew a quilt in six sessions, some homework may be required to stay on track. Having access to a sewing machine at home will help speed your progress significantly.

Materials not provided. An instructor will reach out you with a supply list in advance. The pattern is a PDF and will need to be purchased from the designer before class.
